In this position you will be actively involved in complex and interesting commercial disputes. The position is based in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, but our culture fosters global collaboration daily.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant corporate and commercial experience, handling all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals. This candidate will also have experience handling bankruptcy and transactional cases. Experience with tasks such as arbitration and trial experience is helpful, but not required.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in New Jersey. Additional admissions in other states a plus.

Competitive salary, annual performance‑based raises, discretionary bonus, onsite gym and benefits package offered. 1920 hour requirement.

The annualized salary range for this role is $130,000-$220,000; however, actual salary is contingent upon level of experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
