In this fast‑paced role, you will be a vital part of our kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Work in a high‑energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Embrace a teamwork‑oriented culture and contribute to a supportive work environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high‑pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
