As an Account Executive focused on Small and Medium Enterprise clients, you will engage existing clients and prospects to ensure appropriate coverage, recommend additional solutions, and drive revenue in a technology‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming tasks and manage the assigned book of business.
- Deliver high‑quality customer interactions and evolve client relationships.
- Present additional products to existing customers and showcase adaptability.
- Collaborate with external partners and client service team members to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies.
- Achieve and exceed company revenue targets through renewals, cross‑sell/up‑sell, and new business.
- Expand knowledge through daily training and professional development opportunities.
- Property and Casualty license.
- Commercial Insurance experience.
- 2–3 years of broking and placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to advise, recommend, and explain P&C products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, and Salesforce (a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or applicable experience.
Salary range: $75,000 to $105,000 annually. Eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans for a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. Salary may vary by experience, education, geography, and market data.
