Summary: Strong background in development using Java and Java Swing. Ideal candidate must have very good written and oral communication skills and must be able to work in a very dynamic environment. Candidate must also be able to work with little supervision and delivery high quality work products against agreed upon timelines.

• Proficiency in JAVA Swing (User Interface design or Front end)
• Proficiency in JAVA (classed to deal with logic or backend processes)
• SQLite database
• Experience in moving (or migrating) data from text file to SQLite database.
• Proficiency in generation of 1D and 2D barcodes using iText
• Experience in PDFRenderer software to generate the PDF from the Desktop application
• Proficiency in JAVA build process
• Proficiency in Installer 4j and process of combining and separating the applications for different platforms (Windows and Mac)
• Portal Developer with strong Web Logic experience
• Hands on experience in JSR 168 and JSR 286 compliant portlet design and development using Web Logic Portal
• Strong experience with J2EE web application design, development of Servlets, JSPs, Struts, JSF, SOAP Services
• Good understanding of MVC Framework
