Job Title: Full Stack UI Developer (Angular & React Developer with Java & AWS)

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Rate: $60/hr on W2 (No C2C)

Base Pay Range: $55.00/yr - $60.00/yr

Position Overview: You will be part of our Merchant Solutions Risk & Fraud full‑stack application development engineering group. You will join an organization responsible for mission‑critical platforms that support our client in reducing financial risk. We build and support highly scalable, available, and high‑performance tools for risk‑management processes, enabling monitoring and management of merchant portfolios. We also develop tools to onboard new clients, perform compliance & risk screening, and monitor card & merchant‑related fraud scenarios.

This demanding environment requires an enthusiastic, critical‑analytical person who can balance platform stability and resiliency while applying modern engineering practices.

• Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible, initiative‑taking work environment to respond quickly to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Drive modernization and migration of several real‑time applications to AWS that are low‑latency, high‑volume APIs running 24x7 to support critical business processes.
• Provide high‑quality code and design‑review feedback to other engineers while defining and leading the adoption of standards and best practices for code and design reviews.

• 4+ years of development experience in Java.
• 4+ years of experience implementing complex full‑stack solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Postgre
  
  SQL.
• 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot, Maven, Spring Framework, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
• 3+ years of experience with GIT, JIRA, Docker, JUnit, or Mockito.
• 3+ years of experience with UI frameworks, preferably Angular.
• 3+ years of experience in Type Script, Node, HTML5, or CSS.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience.

• Experience in cloud‑native technologies, including AWS.
• Experience in the payments/financial domain.
• Experience using quality and security scan tools such as Sonar, Fortify, and Web Inspect.
• Experience in integration testing of APIs using Postman or JMeter.
