• Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write, test, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to meet project specifications.
• Ensure software designs comply with defined requirements and standards.
• Prepare and manage releases of software components to production environments.
• Support ongoing improvement and innovation within development processes and solutions.
• Create clear documentation for use by support and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues, providing timely solutions.
• Utilize expertise in Tandem/HP Nonstop, COBOL, and TAL technologies for large-scale application development.
• Implement data replication solutions using Shadow base or Golden Gate.
• (Preferred) Integrate REST APIs and contribute to event-based architecture strategies.
• (Preferred) Apply experience from financial services sector and use analytics/performance monitoring tools.
• (Preferred) Employ TDD/BDD methodologies and work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable enterprise applications.
