We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder interaction, and mentoring of development teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
- Architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers on technical solutions and design approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and Dev Ops best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- 15+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL/No
SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Financial Services/Banking domain experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience leading development teams.
