What we are looking for:

Senior staff accountants, or light Accounting Managers, with strong general ledger skills who are interested in working as a W2’d employee of Beyer & Kelley, serving our clients on a project basis. We have a need for professionals at the senior staff accountant level to work on site, in a hybrid capacity, or remotely, on projects that range across general ledger accounting, year‑end prep and clean up, reconciliations, working with the auditors, analysis, financial and management reporting to budgeting.

• Must have a degree in accounting and at least 3 years of professional experience
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and must have an advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency with at least one ERP system such as Oracle or Net Suite is preferred
• Must understand how to extract and review information and how to summarize and report out on the information – in essence, how to go from data to meaningful, actionable information
• Must possess strong organizational and written and oral communication skills
• Must possess a positive, client service orientation and a strong work ethic
