Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for full-cycle AP processing at our Berkeley, CA location. The role includes vendor maintenance, 1099 support, and process improvement insights for the Manager. This contract position is based onsite in Berkeley.
Responsibilities include daily invoice entry in Yardi PAYscan, checks and EFT/ACH payments, vendor communication, and data analysis of payables. Requires 2+ years AP experience and proficiency in Excel.
