As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience while supporting our busy restaurant operations.

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Assist in pizza preparation and other food service tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
• Adhere to company policies and food safety regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills for order processing and cash register operation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
