Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a per diem, time‑tracking gastroenterologist physician in Berkeley, CA. Join an established GI team in the East Bay serving a diverse patient population in both outpatient and inpatient settings, collaborating with general surgery, primary care, and hospitalists, as part of a rapidly growing, multi‑specialty medical group.
Equitable inpatient service coverage at an 80‑bed acute‑care hospital, distributed evenly among three gastroenterology partners. Outpatient clinic responsibilities are appropriately modified during inpatient service weeks to ensure a manageable workload and work‑life balance.
Qualifications- Board certified
- Fellowship trained in gastroenterology
- Training or expertise in motility, IBD, and advanced endoscopy preferred but not required
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient care
