Building/Structural Project Engineer (Must have P.E./Educational Building exp.)

The role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and experience in educational facilities. You will design, analyze, and manage structural projects across various sectors with a collaborative, innovative culture.

• Lead structural design and analysis of new buildings, renovations, and additions (steel, concrete, masonry, wood)
• Prepare construction documents, technical specifications, calculations, and review & seal drawings as the licensed engineer of record
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct site visits, verify design intent, and resolve field issues
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Mentor junior engineers and drafters, providing technical support and value‑engineering recommendations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience in structural design and project coordination
• Proficiency with design software (Revit, ETABS, RISA, SAP
  2000, AutoCAD)
• Solid knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, NDS standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with K‑12 or higher‑education facility projects highly desirable

• Competitive compensation: $125,000‑$135,000 per year
