Our client is a Private Equity Firm that invests primarily in Real Estate and Real Estate related investments. They are currently seeking to add a motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to their growing Acquisitions/Asset Management Team. This role is well suited for a Real Estate professional who is passionate about investing and wants end-to-end deal exposure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting the entire deal and must possess superior modeling, written and verbal communication skills (Board Presentations).

This team will touch deals across all Real Estate asset classes and encompasses responsibilities including portfolio management, research valuations, asset management, due diligence, investment research/pitch materials, financial modeling, and underwriting.

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
• Create detailed financial analyses using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments
• Review company financial performance, conduct attribution analysis, perform financial reviews, and create detailed models
• Prepare investment Committee research presentation materials
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing with Senior Management/Board of Directors
• Prepare investor communications, including financial forecasts, reporting, and financial estimates
• Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Marketing teams
• Oversee back-testing of the investment analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Management Consulting/Valuations/Asset Management/Research or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate/Investment Banking) experience
• 2+ years of professional work experience required
• Strong academic background
• Experience in Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory/Asset Management
• Advanced technical skills with strong quantitative and qualitative abilities
• ARGUS modeling experience required
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
