Junior Quant Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quant Analyst to join our growing research team. This is an exceptional opportunity for talented postgraduates or recent graduates eager to launch their career in quantitative research and digital assets.

You will work directly under our experienced Head of Research based between New York and Prague
, gaining hands‑on mentorship and exposure to cutting‑edge systematic trading research in crypto markets. If you are passionate about quantitative methods, programming, and blockchain innovation, we want to hear from you.

• Support the development and improvement of systematic trading strategies in crypto markets
• Run back‑tests, parameter optimizations, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategy performance
• Help track model results and produce clear, well‑structured quantitative insights
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to implement and refine trading models
• Contribute to research on new signals, datasets, and modeling approaches

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science
  , or a related quantitative field (suitable for recent or upcoming graduates)
• Solid programming ability in Python
  ; familiarity with SQL and version control is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Basic understanding of financial markets or derivatives (a strong interest is sufficient—deep experience not required)
• Coursework or exposure to topics such as statistics, Monte Carlo methods, optimization, time‑series analysis
