Full‑time Mental Health Technician – Interventional Psychiatry (TMS & Ketamine)

• Schedule calibration and IVP treatment series.
• Administer all IVP patient treatments (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Ketamine) and monitor for any medical concerns.
• Complete treatment reports and all required medical documentation for each session.
• Send physician referral letters for all assigned IVP patients.
• Close treatment charts and enter outcomes.
• Conduct post‑treatment follow‑up calls to patients up to two years.

• Prepare, distribute, and respond to all assigned office correspondence – shared duty.
• Check voicemails throughout the day and answer/return phone calls to patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, allocating as appropriate – shared duty.
• Create and respond to emails from patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, allocating to appropriate coworkers in the database.
• Complete personal daily tasks assigned in Salesforce.
• Treat patients based on the daily assignment.
• Assess patients’ daily health status and engage them throughout treatment.
• Assure treatment maintains full contact and any patient problems are addressed immediately.
• Schedule follow‑up visits with the physician – shared duty.
• Ensure rating scales are provided to patients and completed.
• Assist with special projects as assigned, including clinical research, marketing projects, and social media outreach.
• Attend all staff meetings.
• Keep office supplies stocked/add items to the supply order list when low – shared duty.

• Comfortable with direct hands‑on patient care in a healthcare environment (psychiatry experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to float between our Berkeley and Corte Madera locations as needed.
