Full‑time Mental Health Technician – Interventional Psychiatry (TMS & Ketamine)
Clinical Responsibilities- Schedule calibration and IVP treatment series.
- Administer all IVP patient treatments (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Ketamine) and monitor for any medical concerns.
- Complete treatment reports and all required medical documentation for each session.
- Send physician referral letters for all assigned IVP patients.
- Close treatment charts and enter outcomes.
- Conduct post‑treatment follow‑up calls to patients up to two years.
- Prepare, distribute, and respond to all assigned office correspondence – shared duty.
- Check voicemails throughout the day and answer/return phone calls to patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, allocating as appropriate – shared duty.
- Create and respond to emails from patients, doctors, and insurance/billing companies, allocating to appropriate coworkers in the database.
- Complete personal daily tasks assigned in Salesforce.
- Treat patients based on the daily assignment.
- Assess patients’ daily health status and engage them throughout treatment.
- Assure treatment maintains full contact and any patient problems are addressed immediately.
- Schedule follow‑up visits with the physician – shared duty.
- Ensure rating scales are provided to patients and completed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, including clinical research, marketing projects, and social media outreach.
- Attend all staff meetings.
- Keep office supplies stocked/add items to the supply order list when low – shared duty.
- Comfortable with direct hands‑on patient care in a healthcare environment (psychiatry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to float between our Berkeley and Corte Madera locations as needed.

: $28.00 per hour - Expected Hours
