Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Injectable Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding role involves empowerment through helping with daily tasks and fostering independence.

The Caregiver / Personal Attendant will support our developmentally disabled clients with their daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration, and community outing. Additional duties include light housekeeping.

• At least one (1) setup year experience as a caregiver or in‑home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities
• High level of accountability and dependability
• Ability to provide hands‑on care and support including bathing, dressing, changing diapers, and assist with medication, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid California Driver License
• Reliable vehicle access
• Successful DOJ fingerprinting / criminal background check
• CPR / First Aid certification
• TB test result
• Valid auto insurance with $100,000‑$300,000 bodily injury liability insurance

Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour DOE

• $600 hiring bonus ($200 after the first full week withო clients and $400 after 90 days)
