We are looking for a reliable and proactive team player with an eye for detail. In this role, you will ensure every member and guest receives the same stellar first impression of our beautiful historic landmark. You will consistently maintain our internal operating procedures and remedy any areas that require improvements and keep the Director of Operations up-to-date regarding your work.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Self-starter who will proactively seek out areas for maintenance and/or improvements
• Ability to work with a team or individually
• Open and willing to work in a multicultural environment
• Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and team members
• Great communicator with high attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tasks

What You'll Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, Historic venue a plus!
• Proficient in safety precautions and policies
• Working knowledge for use of safely handling both hand and power tools

Salary Description

$19-$23/hour
