At Hotel Shattuck Plaza, a clean and comfortable room is an essential part of every guest's experience. Our Housekeeping team brings care and attention to the details that make guests feel welcome.

We are looking for an independent, team-oriented Room Attendant I-II to join our team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean, inviting spaces, we'd love to meet you.

Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and support guest needs throughout their stay.

• Change all linens in checkout rooms and replace linens in occupied rooms as indicated by guests.
• Clean bathrooms and replace used supplies and amenities as directed.
• Dust and vacuum all assigned rooms.
• Ensure guest rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Maintain linen and storage rooms in a clean, orderly condition.

• Respond to guest needs and provide friendly, professional service.
• Work independently while coordinating with the Housekeeping team to complete daily assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone who pays attention to details, takes pride in cleanliness, and enjoys contributing to a team.

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy.

• Work in the heart of downtown Berkeley.
• Make a direct difference in guest comfort through your daily work.
• Be part of a Housekeeping team that helps prepare the hotel for every stay.
• Contribute to the guest experience at a historic hotel.
