We are expanding into the San Francisco Bay Area and offer a unique opportunity to join us in this exciting time. We are currently seeking an associate attorney to work in our new office in Berkeley, California. The position requires occasional travel to courthouses around Northern California to make necessary appearances at hearings, settlement conferences, and trial.

The role focuses on providing litigation support and representation in complex matters for corporate clients, with opportunities to participate in depositions, motions, and trial activities. Occasional travel to Northern California courthouses is required.

The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in technology and innovation. All candidates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications include:

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar
• Ability to work well with others
• Superior communication skills
• Superior organizational skills
• The ability to take direction and work autonomously
• Automotive and/or warranty litigation or product liability experience a plus
• Trial and/or arbitration experience (first or second chair) a plus
• Experience working with large, corporate in-house legal departments a plus
