Immigration and/or Senior Immigration Attorney
We’re hiring an Immigration Attorney and/or Senior Immigration Attorney to join our Immigration Legal Services team at JFCS East Bay. In this role, you’ll provide critical legal support to low‑income and vulnerable immigrant families, helping clients understand their rights, pursue relief, and feel safe navigating the immigration system.
Attorneys will offer holistic representation in removal defense and affirmative immigration matters, collaborate with community partners, and participate in outreach and know‑your‑rights initiatives. For senior attorneys, the role also includes staff supervision, mentoring, and program leadership.
