Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the , the President is responsible for shaping and implementing the organization’s mission and vision. The President is expected to lead and influence our organization toward favorable growth and to design and direct strategies that support and enhance our organizational impact and contribution to the field.
Key responsibilities for the position include providing leadership to all staff, establishing business goals, advising the board of directors on organizational activities, managing and streamlining daily operations, representing the organization in high-profile endeavors, and executing special business projects. This position guides the organization in promoting our mission and objectives; maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and board members; and achieving organizational goals and fiscal solvency.
The President also leads an innovative and dedicated team of 18 who bring diverse and extensive experience from classroom teaching, educational administration, instructional design, educational nonprofits, and finance.
