Responsibilities- Program and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as routers, grinding, milling, etc.
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. Maintain quality control documents and update setup information
- Operate and monitor robotic systems remotely to inspect and maintain manufacturing cells
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to robot operation
- Ensure that robotic systems are operating within specified parameters and safety standards
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics and manufacturing equipment.
- Fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, and maintain production tools and systems.
- Machine parts using detailed drawings and CAD models
- Assist with the development of robotics-enabled machining functions
- Extensive knowledge and experience reading and designing CAD and CAM systems
- Proficiency in reading engineering prints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated experience working with CNC machines
- Must be a US Citizen
- Previous experience working with robotic arms made by manufacturers like Kuka, Kawasaki, Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, etc.
- Welding, Metal Fabrication, or Construction
- Experience writing PLC code and programming CNC machines
- Familiarity with ISO
9001 or other quality manufacturing processes
