Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Production Team Leader in an office-based setting. You will play a crucial role in overseeing pharmaceutical operations within various departments, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in API, FPM, QC, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Validation, and Quality Systems will be essential in driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Plan and prioritize daily activities to achieve department goals
• Collaborate with MSAT partners on production data trends
• Organize work schedules and ensure adherence to production plans
• Assist in training new staff members
• Monitor work quality and quantity while fostering positive relationships with team members

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical operations
• Proficiency in cGMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMEA, ICH)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
• Strong decision-making and coaching abilities

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4-10 years of experience in a manufacturing production role
