Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and curious early-career marketer who loves theatre. You can track a dozen deadlines without dropping one, and you follow up until every item is in. You keep a department’s details in order so your colleagues can focus on the big picture. You write clearly, you’re fluent in social media, and you can put personality into a caption.

You’re comfortable working with designers, videographers, vendors, and colleagues across the organization. You want a hands‑on role where you’ll learn how every part of a major regional theatre’s marketing comes together.

  • Collect show credits from Production departments.
  • Schedule Positioning and Editorial meetings with internal departments and external creative teams and distribute notes and action items promptly.
  • Hand off collected materials to the Communications Manager, who manages program production, writing, and proofing.
