Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: MSN required.
  • Licensure: CA RN, NIC, BLS, NRP, CNS certifications required.
  • Experience: 5 years in NICU.
  • Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, teaching theories, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Work: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.
  • Pay: $84.71 to $122.81/hour, with benefits.
