This role reports directly to the Support and Enablement Manager and the Sales Manager

• Ensure adherence to sales quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance improvement.
• Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to meet quality objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance activities.

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
