Restaurant Manager-in-Training

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise culinary activities.
• Manage FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
• Develop a high‑performing team through coaching, development plans, and skills training to grow future team leaders.
• Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager and team members to execute excellent operations.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

• Previous experience in food service or related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Three years or more experience in restaurant management.
