• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
• Assist guests to solve their needs in a welcoming way

• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
• Work in all departments to keep the sales floor full, zoned and in stock
• Assist with truck unload and stock product to the floor
• Adjust displays and signage; conduct price changes and ensure accuracy
• Complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
• Support execution of major transitions
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; manage carts and spills as needed
• Accurately execute fills and organize reserve product
• Process inbound deliveries using receive application
• Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
• If certified, operate powered equipment to move merchandise
• Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
• Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Work safely and report hazards; comply with safety policies and training
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up with compliance to laws
• All other duties as needed
