Sales Development Representative (US)
The role is based remotely in the United States. The successful candidate will join Wing Assistant - India’s sales team, building pipelines, engaging prospects, and driving revenue growth across a diverse client base.
Duties and Responsibilities- Contact potential and existing customers through multiple channels to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engage and build rapport with prospects, determining suitability of company products and services.
- Schedule sales demos and meetings.
- Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
- Set sales goals to increase revenue and report team performance.
- Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling results into reports.
- Conduct general administration tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed by management.
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or certificate course.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and manage customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).
- Strong phone, e‑mail, and instant‑messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech‑savvy and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
- Experience with word‑processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive, confident, with keen attention to detail.
- USB headset with noise‑cancellation.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
- Primary internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable).
- Backup internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps.
