HVAC/R Service Technician

We are looking for expert HVAC/R service technicians who can repair and maintain all types of systems.

• Have a minimum of two years of recent field experience and be able to perform general service calls (troubleshooting & inspecting, major & minor repairs), maintenance, and some installations.
• Be reliable and self‑motivated.
• Have knowledge of practices, methods, and equipment used in the installation of HVAC/R systems.
• Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, gauges, and test instruments.
• Take accurate readings and measurements, and know how to calculate BTU loads. Ability to read mechanical plans and schematic drawings is a plus.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and maneuver on job sites.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to fill out invoices and courteously interact with customers to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Live in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate, have a valid CA driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
• Be available to work occasional overtime and emergency service calls. Pass drug test and background check.

Have at least high school education or equivalent, EPA certification, and a technical degree or certificate from an accredited institution.
