Our team is looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a $50 million electrical project.

This is a chance to take a hands‑on leadership role on a major, high‑visibility project in the Bay Area overseeing crews, coordinating with project management, and ensuring the work is done safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

We work on projects ranging from Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Institutional, as well as Healthcare, and more.

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large‑scale commercial/institutional electrical projects
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to coordinate closely with PMs, superintendents, and other trades
• Solid understanding of code, safety standards, and quality control
• Experience with higher‑ed or student housing projects is a plus
