We work on projects ranging from Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Institutional, as well as Healthcare, and more. Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a General Foreman.

Our team is looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a $50 million electrical project.

This is a chance to take a hands‑on leadership role on a major, high‑visibility project in the Bay Area overseeing crews, coordinating with project management, and ensuring the work is done safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large-scale commercial/institutional electrical projects
• Must be in the Union
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to coordinate closely with PMs, superintendents, and other trades
• Solid understanding of code, safety standards, and quality control
• Experience with higher‑ed or student housing projects is a plus
