As Technical Manager, Software Platform Engineering, you will lead an engineering team within the Software Platform organization, which builds and operates the foundational services that power the firm's research and trading systems. The Software Platform organization owns the firm's HPC compute cluster, cloud environments, developer experience tooling, data platform, and operational data systems. The organization is growing, and we are looking for someone excited to be part of a platform team with a broad mandate.

You will improve engineering velocity and researcher productivity by reducing friction, standardizing workflows, and modernizing tooling. You will own the roadmap for your domain, grow and scale the team, and collaborate with peers across engineering, infrastructure, research, and security to balance competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
