Front Desk Associate; Part-Time, Early Morning

Schedule:Part-time •2 mornings per week
•4:30 AM – 10:30 AM

We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat Front Desk Associate to support our early morning classes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a structured environment, and can confidently manage front desk responsibilities while setting a positive tone for the day.

• Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism
• Check members into class and assist with questions
• Handle walk‑ins and trial guests
• Follow up with "lost sheep" (members who have missed classes) through friendly check‑ins
• Process retail and product sales accurately
• Complete opening procedures and prepare the studio for morning classes
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support instructors and management as needed

• Friendly, reliable, and people‑oriented
• Comfortable with early morning shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Sales or fitness experience is a plus, but not required

• $16/hour
