Join Boeing to lead structural analysis for Air Dominance Team supporting F‑15 Eagle & F/A‑18 Super Hornet in Berkeley, MO.

• Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, and analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support in‑service products by leading investigations into failures and analyzing improvements.
• Construct and review Environmental Control Systems (ECS) aircraft subsystem analysis.
• Construct and review Fuel, Hydraulic, and Secondary Power aircraft subsystem analysis.
• Work within NASTRAN, PATRAN, Hypermesh, and Mechanica Finite Element Analysis applications.
• Work within 2D drawing and 3D model based design definition.
• Train and coach others.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences.
• 9 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Experience with Fuel, Hydraulic, and ECS aircraft subsystem strength analysis.
• Experience with fatigue and fracture analysis.

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Experience with landing gear and mechanisms subsystems.
• NX 3D or similar Solid Modeling skills.
• Boeing Stress Check application experience.
• Teamcenter or similar Product Lifecycle Management experience.
• F‑15 and/or F/A‑18 experience.

Summary pay range: $120,700 – $163,300.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
