Senior, Consultant or Lead Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineers – Sign on Bonus Potential
Location:
St. Louis, MO region (Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; St. Charles, MO; Mascoutah, IL). 100% onsite. Relocation supported. Required U.S. Secret (post‑start) security clearance.
Travel:
Some domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts.
- Develop, document and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements per customer desires and contract requirements.
- Develop statement of work and technical performance specifications.
- Analyze, translate and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware, software, and interface specifications with traceability.
- Test and validate system designs to meet operational and functional requirements.
- Resolve product integration issues and production anomalies.
- Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integrity and compliance with requirements.
- Design hardware, software and interface specifications.
- Document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Problem‑solve hardware/software field issues over the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Currently reside in OR or willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in a design/build or test team.
- Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes.
- Experience with electronic/electrical system designs or test based on requirements.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture.
Level 4: $129,200 – $174,800 base salary. 401(k) match up to 10% eligible pay, 100% vesting. Student loan match. Competitive health, dental, vision, life, disability and paid time‑off benefits. Signing bonus available for qualified external candidates.
