LO Signature Assurance and Verification Lead Engineer

Location:

St. Louis, Missouri – 100% onsite, 1st Shift

Security Clearance: U.S. Top Secret (U.S. Citizenship Required) Export Control: U.S. Person required

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Signature Assessment and Verification (SAV) team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional EM QA teams to uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Develop and validate processes using diagnostic equipment for signature verification.
  • Conduct developmental testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of signature verification methods.
  • Define QA test criteria and review work instructions to ensure conformance to standards.
  • Oversee QA testing and acceptance processes, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Track signature verification test data and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Correlate and assess verification at the system level to validate lower‑level tests.
  • Review and manage non‑conformances, analyze trends, and evaluate corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development of a signature assessment system, including software and methodologies.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in low‑observable design, integration, test, or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and signature verification methods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (US Citizenship required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or advanced coursework in a related field.
  • Experience leading engineering teams in a defense or aerospace environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical writing experience for specifications, procedures, and technical reports.
  • Data visualization skills and the ability to communicate results to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%).
