Export Control:
Position must be held by a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee).
- Lead the integration of a low observable sensor, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to develop and implement integration strategies for a critical platform sensor.
- Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the design and integration of low observable sensors, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
- Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance.
- Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, or a non‑US equivalent directly related to the work. - Knowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles:
Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems. - Experience with Low Observable Integration:
Proven experience in integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms. - Computational Electromagnetic Solvers:
Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design. - Technical Team Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment. - Antenna Design and Integration:
In‑depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques. - Low Observable Platforms:
Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies. - Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (U.S. HIP required).
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay range: $97,750 – $141,450, based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
