Key Responsibilities- Lead the SLO team in maximizing operational availability and minimizing life‑cycle costs of Boeing products with low observable design features.
- Analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various products.
- Develop high‑level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications.
- Validate designs through review, testing, and analysis.
- Implement supportability guidelines early in platform design.
- Share SLO experience and methods across low observable programs.
- Identify improvements in designs, materials, tools, or methods that reduce life‑cycle costs.
- Mature data‑collection and analysis tools to efficiently direct low‑observable maintenance actions.
- Collaborate with materials & processes, product support, and reliability & maintainability engineers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Prepare technical specifications, procedures, and reports.
- Communicate results and status to project stakeholders, including government and suppliers.
Travel up to 10% may be required. Relocation assistance will be provided based on eligibility.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or an equivalent non‑US qualification directly related to the role.
- 10+ years of experience working with Low Observable (LO) engineering processes.
- 10+ years of experience in reliability & maintainability, product support, or materials & processes engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (U.S. citizenship required).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques for effective communication of results.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation for engineering specifications and reports.
Position is 100% onsite, 1st Shift. 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (local time).
Security ClearanceRequires an active U.S. Secret Security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Specific benefits vary by location, eligibility and bargaining agreements.
Pay ranges:
Level 4 – $118,150 – $159,850;
Level 5 – $145,350 – $196,650.
