About the Role

Position:
Engineering Technical Specialist for the F‑15 US Air Force Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team.

Location:

Berkeley, Missouri.

• Creates, manages, and validates team Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting across multiple contracts and deliverables.
• Manages and updates team staffing supply and demand.
• Tracks team financial performance to plan, manage variances, and recovery plans.
• Coordinates labor and material inputs for proposals from a multi-disciplinary team utilizing probabilistic and historical modeling tools.
• Provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering activities.
• Collects, analyzes, and validates engineering performance metrics, and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.

• 6+ years experience with engineering processes and procedures.
• 6+ years experience with performing data analysis.
• 6+ years experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
• Experience leading projects to successful completion.
• Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment.
• Experience working successfully through complex and challenging situations.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate task progress and challenges within team and with technical leadership, both internal and external.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Highly accountable, responsible, reliable, flexible, and takes extreme ownership.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
• Requires ability to be briefed to a Special Access Program (SAP).

Export Control Requirements. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R., including U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, is required.

Relocation. This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Security Clearance. The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Secret Clearance) for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Program access requires U.S. citizenship.

Visa Sponsorship. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
