Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist
Join Boeing’s Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) team in Berkeley, Missouri, to support key F‑15 programs. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration.
Position Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated program plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with project management standards.
- Perform trend, variance, and impact studies, risk assessments, and constraint analyses for product development and production initiatives.
- Create schedule reports, metrics, and change activity documentation, and update plans regularly throughout the program lifecycle.
- Improve project management processes and business systems, implementing best practices that support decision makers.
- Direct all phases of major projects or subsystems from inception through completion, acting as the primary project contact for stakeholder requirements and objectives.
- Assist customers in developing performance recovery plans and ensuring that all project control systems support ongoing stakeholder support.
- 3+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, or business operations.
- Experience developing and maintaining team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience using Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, and Milestone Professional.
Competitive base pay, variable compensation, 401(k) plan with company match, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Summary pay range: $90,950 – $123,050.
Travel and ShiftUp to 10% travel required. 1st shift (day shift).
