The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Test Operations Lead (Level 4 or
5) to join the F-15 System Integration Test (SIT) team located in Berkeley, MO
. The team operates multiple Electronic System Integration Laboratories (ESILs) and is comprised of 20+ multi-disciplinary test engineers and support professionals.

As a Test Operations Lead you will be responsible for directing program execution activities for the SIT team, catering to multiple domestic and/or international development programs. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Mentoring early career, operations-focused engineers and technical support specialists
• Developing and maintaining test plans and test execution schedules for complex projects
• Creating and maintaining metrics or dashboards to track team performance and progress to plan
• Scheduling day-to-day bench assignments for team members across programs/test sites/labs
• Facilitating the sharing of test assets/avionics across multiple programs and teams, accounting for conflicts and priorities between various program schedules
• Coordinating lab bench upgrades/modifications
