Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to support Production Equipment Maintenance in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities- Manages employee activities within the production maintenance occupation including production maintenance planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, production maintenance provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)- 5+ years of experience working in Production Equipment Maintenance
- Leadership experience in a formal or informal capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Experience working with Ground Support Equipment Maintenance
- Experience with Flight Ramp Operations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $111,350 – $150,650.
