A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Inventory Management Systems Specialist in Berkeley, MO
.

Position type: Full‑time, Contract
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Berkeley, MO (Onsite)

• Compiles, analyzes, and formats data to provide documentation that assists internal customers in the development of engineering life cycle products, services and processes.
• Verifies regulatory conformance and contractual compliance of products by checking that quality standards are met and configuration control is enforced.
• Checks products using standard guidelines to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.
• Maintains design documentation by using company/industry standards.
• Assists with the collection of customer requirements and assists with inputs to the web pages.
• Works under general supervision.
• Maintain products, materials, and processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure consistent quality.
• Use standard guidelines to stage material, verify products meet regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.
• Resolve discrepancies, defects and ensure issues are identified for resolution.
• Create and maintain tracking data and inputs information into engineering systems.
• Candidate must have strong people skills, self‑motivated and excellent customer relation skills.
• Work well in a team environment.

• Experience with Material Management and Inventory Control.
• Experience with inventory management systems or database applications.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.

• Experience with product management.
• Experience with electronic parts and equipment.
• Familiarity with Lab equipment Property Management requirements.

Pay Range: $45-$48 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
