• Supports the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor.
• Supervises store staff, ensures the highest level of customer engagement, and contributes to selling.
• Represents the brand, operates professionally, engages customers, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork.
• Assists with generating sales potential by maintaining a constant presence on the sales floor and upholding brand integrity.
• Holds store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Ensures customer service is the priority and partners with Sales Associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manages rest and meal break schedules and ensures all zones are covered.
• Provides timely feedback, coaching, and redirection in customer engagement, selling, and sales floor etiquette.
• Assists with maintaining merchandise presentations, signage and displays; ensures compliance with LP policies.
• Escalates performance concerns to the Store Manager and motivates staff to build brand loyalty.
• Assists with store security activities, including bag checks and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Responsible for processing returns/exchanges, authorizing promotional discounts, and employee sales in the absence of a manager.
• Represents the company professionally and performs other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Must be able to make change using American monetary units.
• Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three month training program.
