The Role You'll be responsible for supporting the purchase ledger function, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Scanning and coding supplier invoices Accurately processing purchase invoices in a timely manner Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
