The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established specialist flooring contractor delivering soft flooring, tiling, and screeding packages across commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee live projects from award through to completion.

The Role
The Contracts Manager will take full responsibility for managing multiple projects on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to quality standards, and within agreed budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple flooring contracts across mostly London and some nationwide
Oversee soft flooring, tiling, and screeding works on live sites
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage programmes, labour, and material requirements
Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams
Monitor progress, quality, variations, and final accounts
Resolve site issues and support smooth project delivery

About the Candidate

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within flooring or interiors
Strong knowledge of soft flooring, tiling, and screeding packages
Confident managing multiple sites simultaneously
Commercially aware with good programme control
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must hold a valid CSCS Black Card
Full UK driving licence
