Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
The Natural History Museum at Tring, Hertfordshire, invites you to join our Visitor Assistant team. You’ll help create a welcoming, safe environment for every visitor, greeting guests and guiding conversations to bring the galleries to life.
You’ll open the museum, support school groups, assist with events and contribute to our retail offer. With a 3-week, 15-day rota including weekends and bank holidays, this hands-on role rewards teamwork and enthusiasm.
