Customer Service Advisor

We’re a long-established, family-run business supplying quality furniture to customers across education, hospitality, offices and the home. We take pride in providing friendly, efficient service and products that make spaces more functional and inspiring.

We’re looking for a switched-on, motivated and adaptable Customer Service Advisor to join our small and friendly team. You’ll be the voice of Mogo Direct —helping customers, managing orders and ensuring every experience is smooth and positive.

• Provide excellent support by phone and email
• Help customers with product and order queries
• Liaise with suppliers for updates and product details
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
• Process online and phone orders accurately
• Authorise returns and handle customer escalations
• Take on ad hoc tasks to support the team

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain a customer-focused approach
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, polite telephone manner
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

This in an office-based role and the working hours are 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday. In return you will receive a salary of between GBP
26,000 and GBP
29,000 per annum.
