Media and English Teacher

Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and dedicated English & Media Teacher to join a secondary school in the Tring area. This is an excellent full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher with strong subject knowledge and a positive, can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will be confident delivering engaging English and Media lessons and able to support students with a range of abilities and individual needs.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English (Media Studies desirable) at secondary level
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (or willingness to complete) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
  • Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
